Hello,

I have some serious problems!

MY FIRST PROBLEM:

Firstly,
my system specs that I know it's unbalanced:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690
GPU:Asus Strix GTX 1080 A8G
RAM:16GB DDR3 1600 mhz
PS:700 watt Coolermaster lite (silver)
MB:Asus H97-Pro

Secondly,
As you may know recently COD Warzone released and When i'm playing this game my pc freezes and NOTHING works even reset and power button so I have to turn off pc with PS button.

This happened to me 3 times,
First about a month ago when I was playing Fortnite, Second and Third time happened to me in Cod WARZONE in one day

So what cause this happening?

Note : My GPU Speed (in gpu tweak II) is in 1898 MHz for NO REASON and Memory Clock is in 10012 (Max is:10012)

MY SECOND PROBLEM:

My pc freezing randomly when i'm playing Fortnite(JUST THIS GAME) and the interesting point is that the freezing stops when i'm completely reset my windows and the freezes will back after a while, so whats the problem between my Fortnite and my OS?

MY THIRD PROBLEM:

I want to know how can I find out my pc hardwares are working optimized

Solution
Either no one has an idea, or your thread got buried under others - it happens.

I have an idea what the problem is - "700 watt Coolermaster lite"
Cooler Master is not known for producing quality power supplies - and before you say, "the wattage is high enough", it's quality over quantity, mate.

First, some basic troubleshooting:
1)Scan your PC for viruses/malware.
Adwcleaner is pretty good at finding malware that tends to get past antivirus programs: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

2)Run Windows System File Checker: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker

3)Your ram is of a single kit like this, right...

3)Your ram is of a single kit like this, right? https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-16gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820232476
Or, did you buy a single stick kit and add an 'identical' one later like so? https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-8gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820232419
Memory is only guaranteed to work as sold. There's no promises when adding/mixing kits.
I suggest downloading and running Memtest86 free download: https://www.memtest86.com/
It can take a few hours to complete, so run it overnight. The results should be error-free, no hangs or crashes.

4)Do a clean install of your graphics drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/
After you've run DDU, then install the new driver - without Geforce Experience.

5)If you still have problems after trying the above: Download and run Msi Afterburner.
On the HUD, drag the Power Limit ALL the way down, click Apply, and test in game.
Whether or not it freezes after, replace the power supply, because it was questionable from the get-go.

As I know my pc needs about 500 watts and this PS producing 700 watts with 85% efficiency.
And that means it shouldn't go for higher wattage , Am I wrong?

Whoa, mate! The last screenshot you took!
Your cpu is totally thermal throttling! The SS captured it at 98C!
What are you cooling it with?

Bad cooler mount?
If you're using an AIO, the pump has likely kicked the bucket!
Yes sadly
I checked my CPU and I find out that my thermal paste is completely gone(and desiccated)
I'm going to put new one on my cpu(noctua nt-h2)

and about my cooling it's a default cooling for my i5 4690 cpu , it's so old!
This CPU beside that GPU and RAM is completely bottleneck.
About 48% bottleneck!

I have a question , what is your opinion about Cooler Master Masterair MA410P Air cooler?! is it good?! and how can I find out it will fit in my Case?

If you're just running a locked processor, then you can keep running the stock cooler - all you needed to do was reapply thermal paste because it dried out.
No real need to invest in an aftermarket cpu cooler unless the stock cooler's noise is bugging you? If so, then you can pick up something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.
But you'll need to know your case's cpu cooler clearance before investing in that.

Also, pay no mind to those bottleneck calculators, they are pure garbage. Forget you even saw it. Look at some of the crap it spews:
Qw2KkUx.jpg
^That makes no sense.

There will always be weak limits in one's system. It changes over time and when you change parts in your PC. It's also affected by what you're doing and what you want to do with your PC.
So the best thing you can do is try to maintain a balance.

Mate! You are brilliant! Answered to my questions perfectly!

So i'm gonna reapply thermal paste.

I need some help about balancing my pc.
What motherboard and cpu should I get for my pc?
Should I change my cpu from intel to amd?
I prefer budget one.

A question about fortnite that I didn't get it well.
Why my fortnite is too smooth when I completely reset my windows and after a while game freezes randomly! mostly in first round of my game!

It depends on what your goal is and how much you are willing to spend.
A SSD would help with load times and also make the OS snappier.

Games vary in system resources. You appear to be in a good spot with ram and the gpu, perhaps lacking a little on available cpu threads for some of those multiplayer titles.
You could check out a 2nd hand i7-4770 or 4790 - but unfortunately, people still tend to ask for too much for these things; they shouldn't be more than 80USD.

It's hard to make a recommendation without some kind of budget... is a combo of Ryzen 3600 + Msi B450 Tomahawk MAX + 2x 8GB DDR4 3200 memory possible?
How about Ryzen 2600 + Asrock B450 Pro4 + 2x 8GB DDR4 3200 memory?

My budget is about : 300-600 USD depends on my work, My goal is game and graphic stuffs.

Yes exactly I need a better cpu atm but kinda budget because I need to change my motherboard too and in addition upgrade my ram.

so if you have more budget combos for me please tell me.
I'm thinking about Ryzen 2600 + MSI B450 Tomhawk MAX + 2x 8GB DDR4 3200mhz
If you have better combos please tell me

Something like that.
Ignore the compatibility warning about the B450 chipset. Partpicker isn't up to date on Msi's B450 MAX motherboards and how they support Ryzen 3000 out of the box, unlike a bunch of other B450s that may, or may not be, up to date.

A driver update is breaking the game?
When you reinstall Windows, did you let it finish installing ALL of it's updates before jumping in the game again? It does take a while when you do that.

Windows Game Bar and Game Mode are disabled?

After I reintalled the windows, I reinstalled everything like driver, check for windows updated and...

Yes Game Bar and Game Mode are disabled

I believe it's for something like cache or temp files but deleting them wouldn't fix this, It's just improving them.

I'm just confused, why is this happening!
What is the reason behind this

Ok. The cpu isn't boosting to 3.7ghz on all cores. Is Intel turbo boost disabled in bios?

You've got that 3 dimm mixed memory config. That's the most suspect culprit to your current issue. Is it even running in dual channel mode?
You can check this with Cpu-Z: https://www.cpuid.com/
Run, and click on the Memory tab. What does it show for Channel #?

No I disabled it today before sending result.

Yeah it's on dual channel mode.
So that means I need to buy a kit of ram(2x8)?

There is no fix for it?
