My pc crashes while playing games

My PC crashes when i play games it always crashes while playing like rocket league, borderlands 2, chivarly medieval warfare, mass effect 2 and alot of other games. When it crashes my screen changes color like green pink red white etc. after that it goes gray and then my PC goes very loud after that it shuts down and then restarts any idea what might be the problem ? and how to fix it ?
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
GeForce GTX 750
OS is win10

Well jinxsiee,

for a start try to install some older gpu drivers just to see what will happen. To me seems that the problem are drivers.

What power supply do you have also are your drivers all up to date.

all my drivers were up to date when it started doing that and i installed previous drivers but it still keeps crashing

Sounds like a PSU problem what PSU do you have ? Also have you measured any temperatures on components?

Well,

As others said it could be psu, but also try to reinstall gpu, reconnect cables and check the cpu cooler is there to much dust on it.

its not the psu and i reinstalled the gpu but it still does that any idea ? sorry for late answer i wasnt home in a few days
