My pc did one single beep and clicks quite a bit got any ideas?

hello, when I was surfing the internet a short probaly half a second decently loud beep came from
pc do you have any ideas that could have casued this in the first place if it helps you I have been having clicking on my pc like a few clicks here and there I am concerned a hard drive is failing but it's only two years old same with my pc but when it clicks it sounds like something is spooling down then back up like something is slowing down the going back to speed it can click multiple times at once has only beeped twice in the last few weeks I have been having these issues... when I hear clicking sometimes my pc does a mini freeze for a few secs which when that happens my disk usage is high which it doesn't stay high it's only high when I first turn it on for the first 2 minutes or so but the beeping I don't think it happens when my disk usage is high so I'm concerned about the beeping and the clicking I'm thinking my hard drive is failing which is kinda odd considering it's age
I have no viruses either btw can someone please reply even if one person already replies I want to get all the info to stop these problems asap (my pc is only two years old so it isn't dying of old age lol)

Please provide system specifications.

Especially make and model motherboard. The beep is an error condition but the meaning is matched to the motherboard.

Clicks may a failing hard drive. You should be able to run the applicable manufacturer's diagnostic software on the drive.

However, remember that anything you do may cause drive corruption and data loss.

Do you have verified backups?

There are still things that can be done to diagnose what is going on.

And someone else may post as well based on some error of omission or commission on my part. No problem with that.

Are you able to boot into Safe mode and look at Reliability History and Event Viewer?

The objective is to find some error codes or warnings that may be being captured by the system logs.

thank you for your reply I will try to do that tomorrow but not today cause I don't have enough time rn also I'm using the pc rn lol cause it still works okay but idk how much longer until it's unusable cause of right now I can game with decent performance besides the freezing a got a few times for a few secs each in a timeframe of about 30 mins
