Question My PC doesn’t work properly after no use for 2 months ?

Basically I didn't use my pc for 2 months and it was packed in a box. Once I try to turn it on - fans, rgb, gpu, cpu fan seems to work but my pc doesn’t display anything through monitor (there is no signal). I connect my keyboard and mouse but they don’t work. I tested my keyboard and mouse on my laptop and they work perfectly. I have no clue what’s happening…

Try replacing the CMOS battery. The only time it really drains is when the PC is not left plugged in.

As mentioned above, try the a new battery. I would also test with a better PSU, if that doesn't work. Maybe it's not getting adequate power draw.
