Hello Everyone, so i built a new pc 1 month ago more or less, and recently when i press the Power button my pc doesnt boot up. I Get this screen at first.

But then my pc is stuck at this screen

i have to press the restart button and then the pc runs normal, and i'm able to access to the OS. I dont know why is this happening, and i dont know if this is important but, before I press the reset button I realized the LED of the button was turned on (If the color is important the LED was red). Can you help me Plz?

PC Specs:

ASUS x99 USB3.1
I7 6800K
ASUS STRIX 1080
32GB DDR4 RAM BALLISTIx
1000w EVGA POWER SUPPLY 80+ GOLD
H100i Corsair Cooler
240GB SSD HYPER X (OS)
1TB HDD

PD: I didnt made any overclock stuff since i'm kinda new into the PC world.

When I built the PC i just plugged all the stuff where is suposed to be, so i didnt made any changes to Voltages, MHZ, etc.

PD2: Where i am living we just had 2 little earthqueakes, so i dont know if the hardware of the pc has been damaged in any way. (I Really dont think so but i thought this might be important... or not, as i said i'm really noob at this things xD). Anyway, the pc looks fine, nothing is damaged aparently, but internally i dont know... I didnt checked that,

Have a nice day, and thanks for any help!

I had a similar problem like this before. It was caused by the Fast Boot setting in Windows 10, which relied on hibernate, which I don't use. If you have fast boot turned on but don't use hibernate then you'll encounter an error like this.

I already entered to the bios and checked for that, friend, and my boot device is fine, it marks my SSD which has the OS. I didnt checked if there is a pre-initialize delay but i dont think so because I didnt made any change to my bios but I will check for that tomorrow morning. Thanks for answering me! I will post what i find there!

This happens when the PC is unable to determine proper boot device. Do as Hellfire suggested and change SATA config to AHCI/SATA and boot. I'm pretty sure it's related to SATA configuration, since it has happened with me as well on ASUS mobo.
Is this a fresh windows install?

Yes, it was a fresh installation. Thanks everyone for the help, i will check for everything you posted tomorrow morning and i will tell you what i found :) . I really apreciate the help!

PD: In another post i saw this might been caused by the power supply... Do u think that could be my problem? Besides the SATA Config.?

How do i reset de Cmos battery and the jumper settings? Sry for asking butim really new into this..

psu is at a distant range of possibilities for this kind of issue...not impossible but highly unlikely...

the cmos battery is a coin cell on ur motherboard which u have to remove for 20-30mins to drain...
jumper pins are somewhere above the cpu usually towards the northbridge, which ur need clear by changing pins and then rechanging them to default...
check ur motherboard manual for more details...u can also google it...thrs plenty of giudes all over the web...

Highly doubt it that PSU is the problem here since your PC isn't shutting down randomly or freezing during that moment. But still can't rule that out, so it'll be the least possible.

To reset the CMOS- remove the battery for 1 min and press and hold the power button(unplug your PSU cable) > reinsert the battery.
