[SOLVED] My pc doesnt boot but the fans and leds are on

When i press the power botton on my pc, it takes like 5 minutes to boot, all leds and fans are on. I turn off the pc by the power button and it vibrates lol. But it later turns on
I really dont know if its harmful. It does turn on but like i mentioned earlier it takes 5 to 7 minutes, a Red light turns on btw i dont know what does that mean. Its new only 2 months of use.

ssd Samsung Evo 500gb

Run a test on your hd to make sure it isn't failing. If that comes up ok then use sfc /scannow to check for any bad files.
