Hello,

I have been experiencing some troubles with my PC lately. Upon turning it on, I would find that it boots twice before getting into post and windows. This wold also reset my BIOS settings as my ram speed would change from 3200 to 2133. I fixed this by reseating the RAM and clearing the CMOS. However, now when I try to restart my computer, I find that all the fans will go into full power and nothing will pop on the screen. The PC isn't even boot looping, it's just on with all fans at full speed.

Specs:

Asrock B450 Pro4
Ryzen 3600x
Corsair vengence 3200 16gb
Stock Cooler
Corsair rx650
Asus ROG Strix rx470

Solution
Sounds like a possible problem regarding the RAM. According to the website, the motherboard does support 3200 (OC). How do you get it to 3200MHz? If manually, I'd recommend instead doing it automatically. You should be able to use XMP to set it to its default max speed of 3200MHz. In the BIOS, go to the over locking section and look for the setting to automatically change it. It might be under XMP, auto overclock, ai tweak or something similar to this.
