my pc freeses with audio loop

My pc freezes with buzzing sound while gaming or watching movies.. I have
asus p7h55mlx mobo
i3 540 proc
Xfx hd 6870
4gb corsair valueselect
Wd 500gb hdd
Corsair vs450 psu can anyone help me why this happening ?

Most likely two things, the power supply you have is a low quality one, or could be the video card going bad. First trouble-shooting step I'd take is a clean Windows setup with new drivers to rule out any software issues, if system does the same thing, start with replacing the power supply with a better model, or test the video card in another system to try to rule that out as the issue.
