My pc Freezes after Windows 10 Starts

Every time i boot my pc after give or take 5 minutes it freezes completely.

Then when i reeboot once it works perfect.
I already formated, changed the hard-drive and cleaned the memory slots.
Any ideas?
I have Windows 10 Pro
My specs are
AMD FX 6300
Ram: 2x Hyperx 8gb
nvidia Geforce 970 4 gb
my powersupply is 500 w
SSD kingston 120gb
Hdd 1tb

How is the power in your area? Also, what brand is your PSU? Did you make any recent hardware changes before the system started freezing up?
