If you're recycling a PSU from an older build, please mention the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Are you referring to a riser cable?

what PSU is it using ?
when you say updated drivers have you updated gpu drivers as well as any updates for windows 10
the riser cable is mobo to gpu cable is it 4.0 or 3.0 ( maybe pull it out just clean the fingers off with a clean dry rag and reseat it ) !!
