Question My PC "freezes" when i play games that are on steam.

My PC keeps freezing when i play anything that requires steam to run, however when i play games that aren't on steam, it works just fine, and also it doesn't freeze completely, here is a link to a post with a video i made on reddit

Also when it freezes i have to either restart it with the button or hold down the power button for 10 seconds

I have reinstalled my OS not too long ago but that didn't fix it

Mboard: Gigabyte B365M
CPU:Intel Core i5 9400F
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster MasterLiquid Lite 120
GPU:Gigabyte GTX 1660 GAMING OC
RAM: 2x8GB GeIL DDR4 2400 Mhz
PSU: Falcon 750Watt 80 PLUS White
Kingston M.2 500GB SSD

All parts were bought brand new, and are at most 2 years old

Forgot to say, one time when i restarted my pc after this happened, it wouldn't boot into windows and i went into the bios and it didn't detect my ssd at all
