Hello everyone!

As the title suggests, my PC randomly freezes when the maximum processor state is at 100% (whether on high performance or balanced).

For now, I'm only with 99% maximum and minimum processor state in the power configuration plan to prevent random freezes while using my PC.

Since it is at 99% maximum and minimum processor state, the clock speed currently sits at 2.81 GHz even at max load. But sometimes when I play some games, I can see that it boosts up to 3.8GHz even though it is at 99% maximum and minimum processor state, and goes back to 2.81GHz if I exit the game.

These are the things that I've checked.
  • Tested my CPU using Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool
    • Never freezes while doing the test.
  • Stress-tested my CPU using CPU-Z software.
    • Never freezes while doing the stress-test.
  • Checked CPU temperatures using Core Temp
    • Usually around 50C at idle, and 75C at max load.
  • Stress-tested my RAMs using MemTest64
    • All went beyond 100%
I've also tried to log the performance of my PC before it freezes, the log files are provided down below.

Log Files (as of May 06, 2025)

you state performing a clean install, out of curiosity, did you install Windows 10 in offline mode + installing all necessary drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator while in offline mode? Side note, where did you source the installer for the OS?

BIOS version is still the same, F2 version.

I had the PSU ever since I got the PC, so it's probably 4 years from now.

And also, I have a Ghost Spectre OS installed currently. The necessary drivers were downloaded from the official manufacturer website of my motherboard which is Gigabyte, and I've downloaded it first and put it in a separate external hard drive. Then clean installed my PC with a Ghost Spectre OS (Windows 11 24H2), and then installed the necessary drivers in the external hard drive.
