My pc has been freezing when my TV shuts off

Okay so lately my Pc has been acting strange. It all started when i tried to play League of legends. When i clicked to play the game my screen went black as if the game was loading up then my Tv said no source detected like the pc was shut off. But it wasn't . tried to restart my pc. Wouldn't boot. My TV had an update at the time so i updated it. My pc started working again as normal.

Now my Tv has an idle standby mode.

i watch and fall asleep to netflix in full-screen.

So when i wake up my tv is off sometimes and when i turn it on my pc is on looks like it is ready to use. when i try to move the mouse or anything its unresponsive. the pointer just has the arrow with the hourglass by it and it blinks everytime i try to move the mouse like somethings loading.

Nothing works Ctrl-alt-del dont work nothing.

So i restart my pc and sometimes it boots up fine, and sometimes it boots up with a green tinted desktop and the image is cut off.

Again this all started when i tried to play LoL and just sfter i updated my Tv

I also just installed a new intel SSD a few months ago but had no problems up untill the last week.

its done this once just on the desktop only no netflix. I think its when my tv shuts off, but i could be wrong. I have disabled the idle standby mode on my Tv just a few minutes ago.

CPU - AMD FX 8350
GPU - Nvidia GTX 970 100 ME edition
8 Gb ram
Windows 10.
Intel SSD .

4| Perform a system restore prior to when the issues cropped up

It'd be of greater help if you could include your full systems specs inclusive of your motherboard and ram's make and model.
