[SOLVED] My pc has lights but it doesn't turn on

So I just upgraded my pc from i3 580 to Ryzen 5 2600 with a new mobo and ram. But after I put in all the components, it wouldn't turn on. The motherboard has a bit of lights (Asus Prime B450M-A) and the GPU also has a light and they are shining. I can also hear that electric stuff if you put your ear close to the pc. So the components are getting electricity. But when I press the power button nothing happens. Nothing turns off or on. Nothing starts spinning, just the same lights/LEDs shining.

Try starting the board by shorting the 2 pins on the board, to rule out a faulty power button.
