My pc has power but wont turn on

I just got a new pc case. Everything is plugged in every single component works. And it isn't an PSU problem since I tried 5 working PSUs.
Hardware:
Asus b85m e Motherboard
Pentium g3220
4gb Corsair RAM (I had 8 but one suddenly died on the same day)
530w Thermaltake psu

Mate I tried powering on my pc again outside my case with everything. I connected it to my monitor since it powered on but I didn't get a signal

Hello. I have the same exactly mother board model as OP.

I have this problem for a year, I always thought was a PSU problem but seems like this mother board refuses to turn on for a while after a power surge.

With enough time (some times it's 2 hours, others are 30h) my pc will be back running but I have no idea what make the process faster and it's a pain in the ass. If anyone have a clue of what I could do to work I would appreciate
