Question my pc is laggy with high fps

My games are laggy with high fps
my pc:
rtx 2060
ryzen 5 3600
corsair vs550
gygabyte b450m s2h v2
1 120gb ssd
1tb seagate baracuda hdd
2 sticks of 8gb ram hyperx fury 2800mhz.
What should I change to my pc?

Are they laggy on all games or just online games.
If anyone says they have a problem with a game i always start by saying turn the games settings as low as possible and the " effects " off , next turn each setting up bit by bit to see if you can figure out what is causing the problem.

When was the last time you updated the cards drivers.

online games[but i have 20 ping so it is not a problem]
My settings are allready all low
I updated my graphics card drivers when the newest one appeared[I use geforce experience]
