Question My PC is not booting and now keeps restarting after I changed the CMOS battery ?

My pc was not working at all and my power making peep sound my friend advise me to change the battery So I bought the same battery and the pc start working but it's not displaying anything thing and the pc keep restarting without even booting.

I searched about it and try to reach the my pin jumped to reset the BIOS but the motherboard doesn't have one (Gigabyte ga-p81-d3).
According to the documentation on giga byte website that I remove the CMOS battery for five minutes and connect the the positive side with negative side for a 10 seconds I did that and still nothing. plz advise me
