Question My pc is not booting please help

My pc Is basically on with fans spinning and leds lit up but there is no display on the monitor and the leds on my peripherals arent lighting up(keyboard, mouse and headset). I try some basic troubleshooting like booting with no gpu and then once i turned my pc on and my peripherals' leds are on but still no display but three long beeps occured. Then i put the gpu back and the peripherals didnt light up, no display and no beeps.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Check the motherboard's installation guide/manual. There should be some reference table that explains the meaning of the 3 long beeps.
