Question My pc is not starting what shuld i do ?

My pc is not starting i see blue light in CPU fan and then nothing i checking each wire connected correctly or not but nothing wrong from my side idk what happen to my pc ??

Sys spec- i5 -3470
Ram-8gb DDR3 dual channel
GPU -Rx570 8gb
PSU- Crosair 550
Motherboard - gigabyte h61-r3
Os- windows 7 ultimate 64bit
