[SOLVED] My PC is Not Turning On

when i was watching youtube my computer suddenly turned off, when i turned it on what happened is i can turn it on fans spin but after an millisecond it turned off i did the same again, press the start button the fans spin after a millisecond it stopped. guys what do you think is the root cause for this? is this about my PSU Motherboard or CPU? or Etc (i can see my motherboard light up inside tho when my avr is on)

its a6 7480 my gpu is gt 1030 ram is 8gb and psu is generic 700w

i found something sir, its a 4 wire connector it connect to my psu its very near to my cpu socket, when i took a look at it it has black marks
