[SOLVED] my pc is on but no display pls help

asus rx 580 8gb
16gb Corsair rgb 3000mhz
B450 Mortar max

I newly installed RGB Fans and when I connected everything back my pc doesn’t have display. It’s on, the RGB Fans are spinning, the cpu fan is spinning, the graphics card has a signal, MSI DEBUG LED SHOWS NO PROBLEMS but my pc still doesn’t have display.

undo the rgb fans?
monitor connect to the gpu? got the pcie power cable to the gpu?

Monitor cables may not have a good connection, aren't pushed in.
