Question My pc is running slow!

On Warzone i have 80-120 fps on low graphics and my friend has RTX 2070 and Ryzen 5 3600 and 16Gb ram 3200Khz and hes game runs 144-200 fps on high.(as good as my computer)

5700Xt is not as powerful as the 2070. What PSU are you running? Are you sure you have 16 gigs? Move the RAM amongst the slots in case one of the slots is dead.
