Question My pc is running way below exectations any help please?

Im running 30 fps on warzone with extreme fps drops and my pc used to be fine but i dont know whats wrong with it please anyone help?

ssd are too full. ram not running at 3200
check the cpu for overheating?
brand and model of the psu?

Enable xmp in the bios.

Clean off 20+GB from the ssd.

Run UBM again and post a link.

When you run UBM do it this way.

Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run UBM with the browser closed.

CPU no boost. actually opposite, it's throttling under load, probably overheating.
RAM at minimum speed, try XMP.
SSD probably too full and/or not running in SATA 3 mode with AHCI,
Windows, too much running in the background, also check and update drivers for chipset and GPU.

Update the bios your a little behind and the chipset driver if needed.

Make your startup group skinny don't load stuff that is not needed.

Make sure the drive optimize app is set to run on a schedule.

Run UBM again the proper way and post a link.

ive turned off all my startup programs and made sure all my drivers are updated with driver easy however even though it syays my pc is running as expected when i go into games i get no where near the fps as the benchmarks on youtube for example on rust on the video with the same specs they get 130 fps on all low however i get 45 - 60?

It might be best to stay away from driver easy and just get the stuff from the maker.

Open file explorer.
Right click the C drive.
Select properties/tools.
Click on optimize.

That should open the optimize app.

You have to get the bios updated it's all part of picking around the edges.

16Gb flash drive is what you want. Don't need bigger unless you want to spend more, don't want smaller. That'll deal with bios updates just fine, and is also useful for any windows reset.

im from the uk and i live out of town and i dont have a car so not really no i could possibly go tomorrow though
