My pc is spazzing like crazy

My pc keeps spazzing out as soon as I power my pc, help please.

Hmm my guess is GPU or monitor fault. Can you try a different monitor? Also can you plug in another device to your current monitor and does it work ok?

looks like a windows issue because your steam icon keeps reloading. does it happen in the beginning at the bios screen splash screen? when exactly does it start flashing?

Also N3rdR4ge is on the right track about this being a windows issue.

I didn't pickup on that, I'm changing my mind as I think this is more likely.

Take out your gpu and plug your display into the motherboard and see if the issues keeps on happening also does it flash when starting up?

Its still the same w/o the gpu and the spazzing only happens after the welcome screen EG. (username)

I would recommend reinstalling windows as this is most likely either a driver issue, wierd windows issue (had the same thing on xp and 7 couldn't fix it and was forced to reinstall), or your storage device that windows is installed on is breaking.
You can also first try to create a new account as it sometimes happens that certain problems are bound to a user account.

ive seen windows 8 do that before on two separate machines i repaired at my old job. only resolution we found was to reinstall windows.
