My pc is turning on and all the fans are working but my monitor just stays black

My pc on fine and all the fans are spinning but my monitor just stays black.
I have done everything to try and fix it with help online but none of it works...
It worked fine but I decided to upgrade my motherboard and cpu and got a used bundle it said it was fully working.
All of the pc parts work fine and my monitors works but i just dont know what to do??

An Asus M5A78L-M LX and an amd fx 6300

Yes but it still wont display anything on the monitor

Try connecting an internal speaker to the board and see if any beeps with RAMs removed. This way you'd know if board and CPU do work.

The speaker has come and i have put it in but there are no noises coming from it...

Yes i have taken out the ram and the heat sink fan spins but there are no beeps...
