[SOLVED] My Pc Is Underperforming

my pc is underperforming in all games i am so choppy but in my msi benchmarks i get 120 and a score of 7000+ so whats the problem cant seem to figure it out i have a new i3 8100 and msi gtx 1060 3gb oc 500w psu msi gaming motherboard 8gb ddr4 ram any solutions? Please someone help.

Use HWmonitor or hwinfo to see if there is a bottle neck or if that’s the max the system can output. In taskmanager make sure the game or benchmark is in high or real-time priority
