For some time now my PC has been slow before i start describing my issue i will mention my specs
i5-6600 , 8GB 2133mhz DDR5 (Just 1 stick of 8GB), Rx480 8GB, MSI-H170 Gaming M3, Windows 10
The issue is the PC is some how only utilizing half of that RAM i can see in My computer properties that there are 8GB installed but in terms of actual usage only 4GB is being used. As i monitored my usage lets say for example i play the game X, the game X is using about 3.5GB of RAM and my usage is at 99%, so i check my task manager and i quick estimate the running programs usage at it is nearly 4GB. So any solution on what might be happening i tried many different things like changing paging file size and installing program to clean RAM and disabling most of start up programs but still the issue presists
