Question My PC isn’t turning on after leaving it on for multiple days.

I usually leave my pc on every night because there is something wrong with my wifi or ethernet connection and everytime i load up my pc it says unable to connect or whatever so i leave my pc on to avoid having to trouble shoot it everytime i boot my pc up. Today i left my pc on the game rust to go workout and hang with my friends. when i came back like 3 hours later, my entire setup was blacked out. My pc wouldn't turn on.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i7-11700k
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z590 Tomahawk WiFi
GPU: GTX 1660 Ti
Case: Corsair 4000X
PSU: Corsair CX750M

Things I have tried:
Resetting CMOS
Trying different outlets
Trying Different PSU Cable
Unplugging and reconnecting PCle connectors
Making sure all the pins are connected

check with minimum setup:
only PSU, motherboard, one stick of RAM in slot A2, video cable from motherboard to monitor, keyboard
