I'm getting low fps when I play games(even on low settings) such as Company Of Heros 2, Fortnite, Insurgency, and World Of Warships. The graphics card I have was was given to me after it was used to mine bitcoin for a month but I have a feeling it might be because of the PSU. If anyone knows what the problem is please reply, it would be greatly appreciated.

Should I get the CORSAIR - CX-M Series 650W ATX12V 2.4/EPS12V 2.92 PSU?

yes it is a great psu:

Verdict

The CX650M is among the best bang for the buck PSUs available on the market today. It offers very good performance and it is silent enough, although it could be even more silent with a lower, minimum fan speed. At its current price it is very difficult to find a better unit, covered by a hefty five-year warranty.
