Solution
Well a workaround is disabling Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology (EIST) and Enhanced C-states (C1E) in the BIOS. Your CPU will run at full speed all of the time but that's not as bad as it sounds--because Windows inserts the HLT x86 instruction whenever things are idle. That means idle power consumption will only increase slightly.
try running hd sentinel trial on drives. LOok on the disk tab and run any tests you can

https://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_sentinel_trial.php

isle is when pc does background tasks like defrag or indexing, so checking drives is 1 place to start.
check HDD/SSD health.
IF disc is dying its starts as small freezes as you load new things. in game you keep things in ram for most of the game, so disc access is limited to loadings mostly which just looks as long/~longish wait for game to start.
especially that you have multiple drives, and it does not necessarily is a problem for both.

motherboard sort of impossible to test, its why you check everything else 1st
not a lot in the way of driver support for board since 2017 - https://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=822#download

could run this - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

its not your drive since its happening on 2 of them.

its odd its at idle but not under pressure. it doesn't strike me as being ram but could test it still

what power plan are you running in win 10?
right click start
choose power options
under Related settings, choose additional power settings
if you are on power saving or Balanced, you could choose high Performance. If its not showing, click Show additional plans at bottom.
High Performance leaves PC running at 100% speed though so can be a negative thing if PC is overclocked, and its summer.

ram - Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.

thanks for the replay im always use high Performance power plan since i'm a gamer , i'm gonna gonna test the RAM

He has tried 2 different hdd with 2 different installs of win 10... thats tricky malware :)

try this, unlikely to help on 2nd drive with same problem

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

try disabling fast startup, it could be a driver that doesn't play well with new win 10 power modes - https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html

Yes that is correct! But I was thinking perhaps he have another drive other then the boot drive installed?

After i finish the test and disable the fast-boot from power plans and as i'm editing this replay- the PC freeze 🙁 but i was lucky to took screen shoot and save it before that as i cant post links/images , this is the result of the test :

Path :
Online : True
ImageHealthState : Healthy
RestartNeeded : False
