Question My PC keeps blackscreening and restarting randomly

As the title says, randomly my PC has been getting a black screen and restarting itself, normally it occurs when playing games, namely BO3, but it doesn't seem linked to overuse as it happens during the main menu as well as while playing, and my task manager doesn't seem to show any peaking. At first I thought it was overheating (because it was) but I fixed that (Moved the whole system into a new case because I wanted one and then cleaned out all the components with compressed air, running at 40-50 idle and max of 70s in use) and it did not help the issue. This is the error message I am getting in event viewer:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.
