Question My PC keeps booting into Standby Mode

I'm not too sure what is the cause of this issue, but last night my computer was working just fine and this morning I went to turn it on and it wouldn't boot. The power button was flashing a blue light and the monitors wouldn't get an input. I believe that means it's booting into either sleep or standby mode. I tried a couple of fixes; I replaced the CMOS battery, booted with just one stick of ram, changed the pcie slot my graphics card was in, changed the m.2 slot my NVME was in, and tried moving my whole setup into another room on another outlet to see if it was a power issue. After all these attempts I still got no display on my monitors, the pc would turn on like normal all the fans would spin, GPU entered startup and my AIO started. Unsure as to what the exact problem is here.

System specs:
-------------------
CPU: Intel I7 - 14700k
GPU: 3070
m.2: Samsung 970 evo 1 tb
Ram: 48 GB ddr5

I'm about to leave for work now, I'm leaving my pc unplugged and off while I'm gone for the night to see if for some reason it'll fix itself when I get back from work. But I'm out of idea on what to do to fix it any help would be appreciated.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

If you don't see any display, remove the discrete GPU and work off the motherboard/iGPU.
