My pc keeps crashing and my apps wont open

My specs of my pc is a

Ryzen 7 1700
Gtx 1070 hybrid
Nzxt m22 kraken
8gb Corsair 2400mhz ram
550 Corsair psu
MSi b350 tomahawk

It crashes when I’m watching videos or just doing simple stuff it stays under 41c the cpu and gpu and I don’t know what’s going on I’m not running a a actual version of windows 10 it’s not activated but I need help is it my ram my drivers it juts crashes and a blue screen thingy pops up

Is there anything you have done or installed to make this happen?
You can try it in Windows Safe Mode and see if it crashes then.
If not it probably some weird driver

I decided to re install windows and we’ll see what happens I’ll let you know
