Recently my PC has been freezing then crashing on any game i play. The games i play regularly are Overwatch, Rainbow six siege and Call of duty Modern warfare. i haven't changed my overclock, fan speed or cooler, it just started happening after being fine for months. I have looked at my temps for my CPU which in overwatch dont rise above 35 degrees Celsius. Which i believe is normal since its a more GPU dependant game i believe. My ram goes to about 80+ percent usage and my GPU goes to 98 to 100 percent. My GPU temps sit around 50 degrees normally. I haven't changed my in game settings and have been running these settings fine for weeks. Any help would be much appreciated.

My specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700k
Ram: 8GB
Motherboard: Asus Prime z370-A ii
GPU: NVIDIA GeForfce GTX 1080
Cooler: Corsair Hydro series H150i pro AIO (3 fan) (I run the fans on extreme or around 1000 rpm)
Case: Coolermaster Mastercase H500P mesh white

You said that "you haven't changed your overclock", from that I can gather you OCed your system. If that's the case, first thing to do would be to revert back to stock speeds on your overclocked components(GPU and CPU I'm guessing).

I'll give it a try and see if that works, I'll update with what happens.
Edit: So i lowered my overclock by around 30 and its hasn't crashed all day so far so hopefully its fixed. Thanks for the help. i honestly didn't think it would be my overclock since its run fine for months.
