Question My pc keeps disconnecting and reconnecting my usb devices

My pc keeps randomly disconnecting and reconnecting all my usb devices while running is there a particular reason why it's doing it? I also have a powered hub that is plugged straight to the motherboard.
My pc specs are
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B-550-Plus
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6 core 4.6Ghz
Graphics card : Zotac Gaming Geforce RTX 4070 Ti
Ram: 4 x 8GB 3200Mhz DDR4

USB devices I use are keyboard, mouse, headphones, a feedfforceback steering wheel, a joystick and a Xbox controller.

BIOS version for your motherboard?

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. What OS are you working with? If you're on Windows OS, open Device Manager and see if anything is flagged with a yellow exclamation mark. If you do see your USB drive showing up as an unknown device, perhaps try and manually reinstall your chipset drivers in an elevated command.

Pc is 3 years old

I cannot remember what psu I have. It doesn't have a label on the sides I can see
