Question My pc keeps restarting and I can't figure out why

I am only playing CS2 and my pc would restart sometimes after 5-6 games and sometimes would not restart for days but it does restart generally and I cannot figure out why.
My specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d
CPU AIO: Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 360
RAM: G.SKILL CL30 6000mhz 2x16
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B650-E-F
GPU: Asus 4070 dual
SSD: Kingston M.2 1tb
PSU: EVGA 750w platinum

I've tried changing M.2 and it was good for a few days but it restarted again. I did memory diagnostic test and it found zero errors. Cinebench 24 multi core not getting over 80.5 degrees.

Have you tried sourcing another PSU to power up your system? EVGA tend to have hit or miss units within their top tier lineup of PSUs. What sort of temps are you seeing when the reboot happens? Speaking of temps, you forgot to mention the make and model of the case and how your AIO is oriented in your build.

Got a link to the ram you're working with?

I did memory diagnostic test and it found zero errors.
Memtest86 with at least 10 passes?

SSD: Kingston M.2 1tb
Kingston have a number of M.2 drives in their portfolio, which one do you have?

Hey, thank you for answering so quickly.
Before this CPU I had Ryzen 5 7600x with this same PSU and motherboard and ram, only changed PC Case and CPU. My pc restarts instantly and I cannot see temp at that moment, but I am checking temps while playing and its always around 55 with max reached 82. Case is Montech King 950 Pro. AIO is pulling out air. M.2 is: KINGSTON 1TB NV3 M.2 PCIe M.2 2280 SNV3S/1000G
Ram is: G.SKILL 32GB Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 KIT F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR
I didn't check with Memtest86 only with Windows Diagnostic Tool.
