Question My pc keeps restarting when playing games

So recently i got a new CPU and memory and put it all in fine working Apart from restarts when gaming.
CPU: Ryzen 2600x
Ram Corsair 16gb 3600mhz RGB PRO
MOBO: a320m-hdv
Power supply: 500w https://www.amazon.co.uk/Unbranded-...ild=1&keywords=500w+psu&qid=1585866682&sr=8-6 this exact one
And even when i under clock my GPU with Msi After Burner it still does this with a normal fan blowing into my pc case the side is off and its set right at it blowing
Same thing is happening to my friend this is his system
CPU same one
Ram some random 2400mhz 16gb
GPU: rx590
MOBO: same one

we both put are gpu's under clocked and there not getting hot under 70 degrees c
BTW the games when it happened was for me
Warzone COD
Forza Horizon sometimes

For my friend it was :
PUBG Lite
Warzone
Rocket league sometimes

for both of us? i'm guessing recommend one for both of us please thats quite cheap
