so i had this problem for several months now, but it's intensifying now, my computer would suddenly freeze and then restart by it's own, some times it brings blue screen ( last one had Kernel Data Inpage Error) sometimes it just freezes and i've to shut it down to make it work, at first i thought it was a video card issue as i used to do gaming on it while its fan wasn't working and it was really hitting high degrees mostly above 100c, this has also continued for some months and i didn't notice it, of course i fixed it, but i knew it wasn't my video card because one time the computer froze i pushed the sata and power cables in the hard disks the computer started to work normally , so i figured out that it's hard drive issue, i have two hard drives, recently i downloaded a program called hd tune and found an interface crc error count in one of them, this one used to disconnect by it's own before so i thought that it was the hard drive that is causing this problem, but even after i stopped using it the same problem occurred with the other hard drive, i checked their S.M.A.R.T status and they were both good, I really don't know what to do and i need help

If your computer is turning off without warning, the most likely cause is an overheating CPU/video card. If your video card is staying under 100c, check the CPU temps to see if they are under 90 (intel, under 70 if AMD). Have you blown the dust out of the heatsinks recently? Are the fans working well?

If the fans are working well and you're still seeing CPU temps above the recommended above temps, you'll need to have the thermal paste re-done on the CPU. Toms has a great guide on how to do it here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/thermal-paste-heat-sink-heat-spreader,3600-6.html
Make sure you clean the old paste off of both the CPU and the heatsink BEFORE applying the new paste.

If all of the above is good, then you need to run some diagnostics on the system. A good all-in-one (excluding video testing) testing program I use is called Breakin. It will test your CPU, RAM, and hard drives all at the same time. You will need to create a boot cd (it's in ISO format), then boot from the disk to get it running. Run it for at least 2 hours. If there are any errors, it'll show beside the items listed near the top of the screen.
You can download Breakin here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/thermal-paste-heat-sink-heat-spreader,3600-6.html

there's not any problems with my temps, my cpu is working well and the temps are low
