Question My pc kept crashing and black screening on reboot need help

So I recently upgraded a few things in my pc and now my pc crashes randomly and will give me a block screen on reboot I found a solution for this issue and that was to reseat my GPU and ram and this fixed normally but now even after re seating it’s still won’t boot evything turns on and my monitor seems to detect something cos it try’s to display somthing before eventually just going back into sleep mode I have tried using a different GPU and I have made sure all my connections are on correctly but it won’t get past this black screen or even get to bois

Motherboard: b760 pro rs wifi
CPU; i7 12700kf
Ram: Corsair vengeance DDR5 32gb 6400mhz
GPU: 4070 to super
PSU: gigabyte 750w gold rated
