Greetings Folks

I own a
Alienware X51 R2
Xeon E3-1240-V3
8GB (Half height) DIMM
GTX 960 Windforce 2gb OC
500GB SSD

Am Using HDMI Audio mostly Output from my monitor (Monitor is Fine never happened with previous setups or my XB1)

It seems more like a system freeze to me could be HW or SW

it happens very occasionally for me to be able to record it and it happens for a second or 2 so I dont experience or notice any GUI freeze or mouse lag or anything its just apparent when audio is being played

My question is what can be causing this ? how can I diagnose it?or get to core of it?

I just dont want it to be HW so that I can get rid of it before it dies on me

Could it be Faulty
GPU
RAM
SSD or CPU?

Any all in one tool to test these?

HDD
I have tested my HDD using HDtune full error scan and health TAB shows everything is fine
CPU
I havent tested it my impression is with CPU problems PC will not even boot up properly? or display at all but one odd thing I have noticed is despite of being Quad Core and displaying that in Device Manager too in games RivaTuner only displays temps and usage for 2 cores
GPU
I am guessing Stress test although I have played games a lot,One thing I noticed GTA5 has odd stutter could be low vram ?
RAM
any tools?

I know X51 R2 is a tightly pack system and I am running it with side door off and also monitoring temps

and I am using 330w PSU people have been using GTX1080 with it, it was originally configured with GTX760

Help appreciated thanks in advance
