Question My PC no longer can multitask the way it used to

PC no longer can run YouTube/Discord calls along with a game. I made my PC 1 year ago it’s an i7 12700k along with 32Gb of Ram, and a 3090. It was able to run COD MW2022 on high settings with a YouTube video/ music playing without missing a beat. Now I can’t even think about playing a video while gaming. After I moved across the country,I lost my original PCie drive due to it just giving out. I then reinstalled windows in my backups PCie that I never used. Could be my router as it’s the original one that my provider gave me the day they set it up. There isn’t any significant CPU usage either, it clocks in around 30-40 percent and still lags. The game I’m playing currently with all the issues is Palworld.

Ram is running at 2133mhz.
Go into BIOS and enable XMP.

update your bios 1st to the latest version

Enabled XMP profile 1 and redid my user benchmark and got this https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/67148017
The profile has the Systen Memory multiplier at 3600. Unsure of what I change in the bios
