My PC Not Starting after changing CPU Thermal Paste

Hey guys,

I changed my. CPU Thermal paste but now my pc doesn't start, it just starts for a second and turns off, and try again and then turns off, it repeats this process till I disconnect it from power supply. Monitor doesn't even show bios screen. 1 thing is positive way is that my computer fan and psu led do light up for that 1 second.

I need help plz

What it sounds like you computer is doing is short circuiting the computer as there is a problem on the inside of it that really needs to be looked at before it causes more problems!. you need to make sure that all of the pins on the cpu have not been tampered with as i changed my thermal paste before and some how the cpu pins bent and that caused the exact same problem to me, if i was you i would get someone to look inside it or look in there yourself to make sure everything is working ok or it will keep doing this till the solution is solved.

i really wish i could give you more help but there is so many things it could be causing this problem it is really hard to put my finger on it without actually being there to see it 😉 i hope this helps.
