My pc randomly almost stops working

My pc has for a few weeks now, had this thing where it will randomly almost stop working. The mouse wont right click anything, and if the right click tab does open, it'll be open for like half a second and then close again. I can use the left click, pressing tabs on google chrome, opening things on my pc, although clicking on a youtube video wont pause it, if i press the video itself, i have to use the start/stop button. My keyboard essentially stops working, i can't type anything, because if i do, it acts like i pressed somewhere outside the typing area. Pressing the Esc button acts like i did alt-tab, and tab on its own, just shows me all the windows i have open on my pc. I've scanned for malware and viruses and found none, using Malwarebytes and Bitdefender respectively. This seems to happen at random, i've had it happen whille playing World of Warcraft, Overwatch and when just browsing on Google Chrome or on my pc.

¨Could this be my motherboard on its way to failing? Temps seem to be fine, hitting around 65 degrees at most for CPU and GPU and boots without any problems.

A couple of things you can try:
1) Use DDU to uninstall the GPU driver, then reinstall it again. UUD https://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html
2) Disconnect other SSD?HDD, only use the boot device. Then run the PC.
3) Use regulare USB mouse.
4) If you oc the cpu or RAM, then don't oc them.
5) Monitor the cpu/gpu temp.
6) Update the motherboard BIOS, if the MB does not have newer one.
One more, what is your PSU? because maybe the PSU can't handle the gtx1070.
