My PC restart while gaming or freezes while watching stream

My PC restart while gaming or Freezes while watching stream or video on YT.
My specs are:
CPU : A10-6800k
Motherboard : Asrock FM2A78 Pro4+
i use integrated GPU because my r9 280x died 1 month ago
Ram: 2x4gb Kingston HyperX 1600mhz
PSU : FSP Group 700w

I found that my northbridge is very hot i cant touch it with my finger it burn my skin for almost 1 sec.
PC restart everytime i play games like LoL,Warframe,WoW and BF4

And after this restart sometimes there no screen on display. The only way i can get the screen back is unplug it from electricity for around 5-10minutes.

If the problem is from the overheat, try open the case, use the fan to blow the air into that part to see you can run the PC or not.

i run 280x for around 2 and half years with no problems

Someone in this group said to me to buy this ram and it run well
I dont know how my pc dont meet the minimum requirements because i play all of them with 60+fps at 1366x768.

My northbrinde is around 100C+ i put my back fan to the case side and now my pc last 20-30 min more., but NB is too hot again i think to change the termal paste with Arctic MX-4 , if u know why my NB is so hot

My friend said to me he can give me GTX 770 2gb to test if with dedicated restarts can i handle it with this PSU or not to try?

You should try the table fan or something like portable floor fan. Does your PC case have good air flow?

And your PSU can handle the gtx770 too.
