My PC Run games bad

I have a GTX 750 Ti FTW 2gb ; An Intel Core i3 2120 3.3gHz ; i installed all my drivers but my games are running 45-50 fps (with spikes)

Can you be more specific? Which games?
And also your CPU is kind of outdated for the latest games. I suggest upgrading that.

-CPU : Intel Core i3 2120
-GPU : GTX 750Ti FTW EVGA 2gb
-RAM : 8GB DDR3
-Motherboard : ASRock H61M-VG3
-Hard Disk : SSD Toshiba 1TB Sata
-Cooling : I have 3 fans (dunno the type)

I just want to play League of Legends and CS:GO without my pc going like shit.
All my drivers are updated

-Right click on it
-Select NVIDIA Control Pannel
-Go to: "Adjust image settings with preview"
-Put it on Performance

Also , like three months ago i had a GT610 and it runned CSGO on 60 fps all the time and the 750ti isnt capable for it , my cpu was the same

On CPUID HWMonitor it says both cores 100°C

If its 100 Degrees celcius, you should be scared. You are kind of cooking your own CPU. Also get a new cooler too.

A recommend a FX-8300. You need a new motherboard with a AM3+ socket though. Stock cooler would be fine.

better with a used i5 3570k on ebay and get a new cpu cooler
