My pc screen is not responding to the cpu how do i fix it?

hi,
my pc screen is not responding to the cpu. it diretly logs on without any start up tone... also it does not displays any icons... only the mouse pointer is visible.... the screen is not responding to any acions... how can i fix it? pls help..... 🙁 🙁 🙁 🙁

It obviously is.... know what you're saying.

Wait for a few minutes after logon and then see if the icons start to appear. You might've gotten a bug on your machine.
