Ryzen balanced/ balanced power plan in Windows power plan with minimum processor state set to 10%. Don't over think it.

well a video i watched by linus tech tips said it needed pbo enabled cppc set to driver and well amd chipset drivers wich idk if those arre the grraphics driverr adrenlin software if there packed in there or motherboard drrive for the chipset

Probably meant CCD parking as 7900/7950 Ryzen has 2 CCDs of which only one has "3D" cache so system should park one without it for gaming, 6/8 cores are enough for that. It forces extra cache usage in games.

That"core parking" is actually CCD parking when one CCD without added cache, in your case with 6 cores is "parked" , not used in games
You need chipset and CPU drivers but also Windows 24H2 latest updates which fixes problem with core/CCD parking.
If you meet these conditions, no need to do anything else.
If you also use an AMD GPU, when you install Adrenalin drivers, it will also install IGPU drivers but not chipset.
