[SOLVED] My PC sets up too fast to access BIOS

I have just built my pc and everything is up and running but my pc starts up too fast to access my bios, and my pc is telling me I have to reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

Please can i have some help to set up the computer.
I am just trying to put windows 10 on it.

unplug the hdd/sdd. boot into bios and turn off fastboot, save.
shut down. plug the hdd/ssd backin

A bios will have a setting as to how much a delay there should be to allow you to enter the bios.
You might want to set that at 2 seconds.

To get into the bios at all to set it up, rapidly hit del or f2 constantly as quickly as you can.

Something else to mention in a case like this.

Always keep a cheap wired keyboard around. On first start up plug it into one of the rear port USB 2. You will find that issues like this tend not to be issues.
