My PC should perform better

Can someone tell me why I am only getting 110 fps average on CSGO Minumun settings 1080p, with a GTX 770 FX 8350 and 8gb ram?

I'm not sure of the complaint here. 110 FPS is very playable. Your GPU is last generation though, and only 2GB of vram. Your CPU is fine, and so is your ram. I would point fingers at your GPU if you want better performance.

My friend with worse specs gets higher, he has a gtx 750 and i5 2300, he gets 200 fps
