Question My pc shows gray screen, what can i do?

i start up my pc, its shows the loading screen, after that its just gray i cant even sign in. safe mode works. also im new so pls forgive me if my thread is horrible

i uninstalled it , my friend told me to do it. i had fhe lastesf gpu driver.
